his study aims to analyze the factors of the condition of fish (Mystus nemurus) and the correlation of physical and chemical parameters of the Barumun watersheed. This study was conducted in March-May 2020. This research uses Purposive Sampling method. The results showed that the value of baung fish condition factors ranged from 1.21 to 1.26. The correlation results showed that the value of lead and pH were positively correlated to the population density male of Mystus nemurus, for the value of temperature, oil & fat, zinc, BOD, copper, water brightness, cadmium, current velocity, and COD were negatively correlated. While in female baung fish the values of BOD, copper, COD and pH are positively correlated to population density, for the values of cadmium, zinc, temperature, lead, current speed, brightness of water, oil & fat are negatively correlated.
